We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing emails to people who have only made an enquiry.

4. Cookies and tracking

This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure whether our advertising works. It sets cookies and shares your activity on this site with Meta.

The Pixel does not run until you allow it. If you are visiting from the UK or the European Economic Area, nothing is loaded until you press Accept on our cookie banner. If you press Decline, it is never loaded, and the website works exactly the same.

Strictly necessary storage

We store two small items in your browser regardless of your cookie choice, because the site cannot work correctly without them: your chosen currency, and your cookie decision itself. These stay on your device, are never sent to us or to anyone else, and are not used to identify or track you.

Changing your mind

You can withdraw or give consent at any time:. Clearing your browser's site data for this website also resets the choice.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run the business:

  • Our hosting and email providers, to store the website and deliver your enquiry to our inbox.
  • Meta Platforms, advertising measurement, and only if you accepted cookies. Also whenever you choose to contact us via WhatsApp.
  • Professional advisers or authorities, where we are legally required to.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

6. International transfers

Our team is based in Pakistan. If you are in the UK or the EEA, this means your personal data is transferred outside your country when you contact us.

Pakistan is not covered by a UK or EU adequacy decision, so a transfer like this needs an appropriate safeguard in place. The safeguard we rely on is: [TO CONFIRM]. You can ask us for a copy of it using the contact details below.

We tell you this plainly rather than burying it, because it is exactly the sort of thing you are entitled to know before sending us your details.

7. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don't become clients, [TO CONFIRM](we suggest 24 months, then deleted).
  • Client records, for the duration of our work together, plus the period required by tax and accounting law.
  • Advertising data, retained by Meta according to their own policy; we do not keep a separate copy.
  • Server logs, a short rolling period set by our hosting provider.

8. Your rights

If you are in the UK or the EEA, data protection law gives you the following rights. We honour these requests for everyone who contacts us, wherever you are.

  • Access, get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification, have inaccurate data corrected.
  • Erasure, ask us to delete your data.
  • Restriction, ask us to pause using your data while a concern is resolved.
